In recent years we have developed a lot of products for well-known automakers, which contacted us because of their high technical demands. On behalf of them we do the research and strive for an effective solution. After a large testing in our laboratory we also take care of the right effectiveness and compatibility to the vehicle parts. If you wish, we will also take over the certification of the product.
Insights from an in-house laboratory
The CTP GmbH uses a technical laboratory for research and development purposes, as well as an analytical laboratory with the latest analysis and measurement techniques. Here it is possible to do a gas chromatography, material testing, emission measurement and oil or water analyzes. Some of the laboratory-developed products and procedures of the CTP have been successfully tested in their effectiveness and quality by the TÜV Thüringen. They are still constantly monitored.
Production under high demands
In 2006 the CTP GmbH was nominated for the Innovation Award of Thuringia for the joint project with the Fraunhofer Institute “Method and apparatus for removal of deposits in internal combustion engines” and won a second prize. The short distances between production, laboratory and technical decision-makers enable effective work processes. The production runs under strict quality control and is focused on environmental priorities.
